Article 128 Federal Criminal Code

The prison sentence of five to twenty years and a fine of up to fifty thousand pesos shall be applied to the Mexican who, having in his possession confidential documents or information of a foreign government, reveals them to another government, if with this he harms the Mexican Nation.
