BOOK TWO · TITLE SIXTEEN. Crimes Against Civil Status and Bigamy

Whoever commits any of the crimes expressed in the preceding Article, shall lose the right to inherit that he had with respect to the persons whom by the commission of the crime he prejudices in their family rights.
