Article 315 Bis Federal Criminal Code

The penalty of article 320 of this Code shall be imposed when the homicide is intentionally committed, on the occasion of a rape or a robbery by the active subject thereof, against his victim or victims.

The penalty referred to in Article 320 of this Code shall also be applied when the homicide is intentionally committed in a dwelling house, having entered the same in a furtive manner, with deceit or violence, or without the permission of the person authorized to give it.
