Article 376 Quáter Federal Criminal Code

In addition to the penalty corresponding to him under the first paragraph of the preceding article, those provided in this article shall be applied in the following cases:

I.- The prison penalty shall be increased by one third when there is a taking of the trailer or semi-trailer and it is used to commit another unlawful act, and

II.- The prison penalty shall be increased by one half when, aware of his functions, the public official commits or participates in the robbery and the latter has or performs functions of prevention, investigation, prosecution of the crime or execution of penalties; independently of the criminal penalty, he shall be disqualified from holding any public employment, position or commission for a time equal to that of the prison penalty imposed.
