Anyone who, to the detriment of another, disposes for themselves or for another, of any movable thing belonging to another, of which possession and not ownership has been transferred to them, shall be sanctioned with imprisonment of up to 1 year and a fine of up to 100 times the wage, when the amount of the abuse does not exceed 200 times the wage.
If it exceeds this amount, but not 2000, the imprisonment shall be from 1 to 6 years and the fine from 100 up to 180 times the wage.
If the amount is greater than 2,000 times the wage the imprisonment shall be from 6 to 12 years and the fine of 120 times the wage.
