Article 429 Federal Criminal Code

BOOK TWO · TITLE TWENTY-SIXTH. Of the Crimes in Matters of Copyright

The crimes provided for in this Title shall be prosecuted ex officio, except for the provisions of articles 424, section II, 424 Bis, section III and 427.
