Article 103 Bis Federal Labor Law
TITLE THREE. Working Conditions · CHAPTER VII. Protective rules and privileges of the wage

The Institute of the National Fund for the Consumption of the Employees, in accordance with the Law that regulates it, shall establish the bases to:
I.Grant credit to the employees, seeking the best market conditions; and
II.Facilitate the access of the employees to the financial services that promote their saving and the consolidation of their patrimony.
