TITLE FOUR. Rights and Obligations of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER III BIS. On Productivity, Training and Instruction of Employees

The Holder of the Federal Executive shall establish the bases to determine the form of designation of the members of the National Concertation and Productivity Commission, as well as those relating to its organization and functioning. Subject to the principles of representativeness and inclusion in its integration.
In the taking of decisions of the National Concertation and Productivity Commission, consensus shall be privileged.
