Article 17 Federal Labor Law

In the absence of an express provision in the Constitution, in this Law or in its Regulations, or in the treaties referred to in article 6o., consideration shall be taken of its provisions that regulate similar cases, the general principles that derive from said legal systems, the general principles of law, the general principles of social justice that derive from article 123 of the Constitution, case law, custom and equity.
