TITLE FIVE BIS. Work of Minors

The work of minors is subject to special vigilance and protection of the labor authorities, both federal and local.
The Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare, in coordination with the labor authorities in the states (federal entities), shall develop programs that allow identifying and eradicating child labor.
