TITLE SIX. Special Jobs · CHAPTER III. Employees of vessels

The captains and deck and engine officers, the pursers and accountants, the radiotelegraph operators, boatswains, dredgers, sailors and cabin and kitchen personnel, those who are considered as employees by the laws and provisions on communications by water, and in general, all persons who perform on board any work on account of the shipowner, shipping company or charterer, are subject to the provisions of this chapter.
