Article 225 Federal Labor Law

The effective time of flight of the crew members shall not exceed eight hours in the daytime working day, seven in the nighttime and seven and a half in the mixed, unless a period of horizontal rest is granted to them, before completing or upon completing said working days, equal to the time flown. The time exceeding that indicated shall be extraordinary.
