The relationships between the chauffeurs, drivers, operators, fare collectors and other employees who provide services on board public-service motor transport, of passengers, of cargo or mixed, long-distance or urban, such as buses, trucks, vans or automobiles, and the owners or permit holders of the vehicles, are employment relationships and remain subject to the provisions of this chapter.
The stipulation that in any form distorts the provisions of the preceding paragraph does not produce any legal effect nor impede the exercise of the rights that derive from the services provided.
