Article 265 Federal Labor Law

The provisions of this chapter apply to the work of maneuvers of public service of loading, unloading, stowing, unstowing, lightering, checking, piloting or practical pilotage, mooring, hauling, storage and transshipment of cargo and baggage, that is effected on board vessels or on land, in the ports, navigable waterways, railway stations and other zones under federal jurisdiction, to that which is developed in pilot boats, and to the complementary or connected works.
