Article 304 Federal Labor Law

The provisions of this chapter apply to the employees who are artists, interpreters or performers, in terms of Article 116 of the Federal Copyright Law (Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor), who act in theaters, cinemas, night or variety centers, circuses, radio and television, dubbing rooms or in any other place or environment where the interpretation and/or performance is carried out.
