Article 311 Federal Labor Law

Home-based work is that which is habitually performed for an employer, at the domicile of the employee or in premises freely chosen by them, without surveillance or immediate direction of the one who provides the work.

If the work is performed under conditions different from those indicated in this article, it shall be governed by the general provisions of this Law.
