TITLE TWO. Individual Employment Relationships · CHAPTER II. Duration of employment relationships

Employment relationships may be for a determined work or time, for a season or for an indeterminate time and, where applicable, may be subject to a trial period or to initial training. In the absence of express stipulations, the relationship shall be for an indeterminate time.
