TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER II. Labor unions, federations and confederations

The employees in a position of trust may not enter the labor unions of the other employees. The statutes of the labor unions may determine the condition and the rights of their members who are promoted to a position of trust.
