Article 396 Federal Labor Law
TITLE SEVEN. Collective Employment Relationships · CHAPTER III. Collective employment contract

The stipulations of the collective employment contract extend to all persons who work in the company or establishment, even if they are not members of the labor union that has entered into it, with the limitation set forth in Article 184.
