Article 484 Federal Labor Law

To determine the compensations (indemnities) referred to in this Title, the daily wage received by the employee at the time the hazard occurs shall be taken as the basis, as well as the subsequent increases corresponding to the employment he performed, until the degree of the disability is determined, that of the date on which the death occurs, or that which he received at the moment of his separation from the company.
