TITLE ELEVEN. Labor Authorities and Social Services · CHAPTER IX. National commission for the participation of employees in the profits of the enterprises

The National Commission for the Participation of Employees in the Profits of the Enterprises (Comisión Nacional para la Participación de los Trabajadores en las Utilidades de las Empresas) shall be made up and shall function to determine the corresponding percentage and to proceed to its review, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
