The credentials must be registered before the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare or before the Labor Directorates or Departments of the States (Federal Entities), in accordance with the provisions of Article 678 of this Law.
The registering authority shall certify, in view of the data of the Labor Inspector, the number of votes that corresponds to each credential.
