TITLE THIRTEEN. Representatives of Employees and Employers · CHAPTER I. On the procedures for designation of representatives of employees and employers

The temporary or definitive absences of the representatives shall be covered by the alternates. In the absence of these, the Secretary of Labor and Social Welfare shall make the appointment of the substitute, which must fall on an employee or employer.
