Article 698 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER III. On Jurisdiction

It shall be the competence of the Courts of the States (federal entities) to hear the conflicts that arise within their jurisdiction that are not of Federal competence.
The Federal Court shall hear the labor conflicts when dealing with the industrial branches, enterprises or matters contained in articles 123, subsection A, section XXXI, of the Political Constitution and 527 of this Law.
