TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER IV. On Disqualifications and Excuses

The resolution shall be communicated to the recused person.
If the recusal is declared admissible, his intervention in the matter in question shall end and he shall remit the records to the corresponding Court.
