TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER V. On the Proceedings of the Courts

The proceedings of the Courts, of the Federal Center for Conciliation and Labor Registration (Centro Federal de Conciliación y Registro Laboral) and of the Local Conciliation Centers must be carried out on working days and hours, under penalty of nullity, provided that this Law does not provide otherwise.
