When the domicile of the defendant person or party in the conciliation proceeding is outside the place of residence of the Court, or of the Conciliation Center, these shall extend the term in question based on the distance, at the rate of one day for every 200 kilometers, from 3 to 12 days, taking into account the means of transport and the existing general communication routes.
