TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER VII. On Notifications

If the parties accepted that the personal notifications subsequent to the summons to trial be carried out through the electronic mailbox, these shall be made by said medium, without the need to remit the notification order to the bailiff.
