The responsible Secretary or, as the case may be, the official designated for that purpose shall state in the court record the date of the respective publication and shall daily post in a visible place of the Court's premises a copy of the Labor Gazette (Boletín Laboral) or, as the case may be, the lists of notifications by notice boards; collecting both, in order to resolve any question that arises regarding the omission of any publication.
