Article 751 Federal Labor Law

The notification slip must contain, at least:

I.Place, day and hour at which the notification is made;

II.The case file number;

III.The names of the parties;

IV.The name and domicile of the person or persons who must be notified; and

V.A certified copy of the resolution that shall be annexed to the slip.
