When at a hearing or proceeding an incident of lack of legal standing is promoted, it shall be substantiated immediately, hearing the parties, and resolved, and the procedure shall continue.
In the other cases referred to in the preceding article, a day and hour shall be set for the holding of the incidental hearing, which shall take place within the following twenty-four hours, at which the parties may offer and produce documentary and instrumental evidence so that the incident is immediately resolved, and the procedure shall continue.
The provisions of the preceding paragraphs do not apply with respect to the ordinary individual proceeding provided in chapter XVII of this Title.
When an incident is promoted, its grounds shall be stated and the evidence on which it is based shall be accompanied; if those requirements are not met, the court shall reject it outright.
Incidents that do not have a special processing provided in this Law shall be resolved outright, hearing the parties.
