Article 769 Federal Labor Law
TITLE FOURTEEN. Labor Procedural Law · CHAPTER X. On Accumulation

The accumulation declared admissible produces the following effects:
I.In the case of section I of article 766, whatever was done in the accumulated proceeding or proceedings shall have no effect and only the acts of the oldest proceeding shall have effect; and
II.In the cases provided in sections II, III and IV of article 766, the conflicts shall be resolved by the same Court in a single resolution.
