Documents presented in a foreign language must be accompanied by their translation; the court, on its own motion, shall immediately appoint an official translator, who shall present and ratify, under protest to tell the truth, the translation he makes within the term of five days; the judge must take the necessary measures so that said translation is ready before the trial hearing.
