If the expert is outside the jurisdiction of the Court, the evidence under their charge may be taken through the electronic or technological means available; in these cases, the Court shall ensure that the Expert fully identifies themselves and that they accept and swear their charge before the requested court, when they have not done so previously before the Court of the trial itself.
