If, upon complying with a letter rogatory, a third party who has not been heard by the requesting Court objects, the compliance with the letter rogatory shall be suspended, upon the bond that he provides to guarantee the amount of the sum for which execution was issued and the damages and losses that may be caused. Once the bond is provided, the letter rogatory shall be returned to the requesting Court.
