Every person has the right to the freedom of ethical convictions, of conscience and of religion, and to have or adopt, where appropriate, the one of his liking. This freedom includes the right to participate, individually or collectively, both in public and in private, in the ceremonies, devotions or acts of the respective worship, provided that they do not constitute a crime or fault penalized by law. No one may use the public acts of expression of this freedom for political purposes, of proselytism or of political propaganda.
The Congress may not dictate laws that establish or prohibit any religion.
The religious acts of public worship shall ordinarily be celebrated in the temples. Those that extraordinarily are celebrated outside of these shall be subject to the regulatory law.
