Article 34 Political Constitution of the United Mexican States

First Title · Chapter IV. On Mexican Citizens

Citizens of the Republic are the men and women who, having the status of Mexicans, also meet the following requirements:

I.To have reached 18 years of age, and

II.To have an honest mode of living.
