Article 11 Federal Criminal Code

When any member or representative of a legal person, or of a company, corporation or enterprise of any class, with the exception of the institutions of the State, commits a crime with the means that the same entities provide him for such object, in a way that it results committed in the name or under the protection of the social representation or in benefit of it, the judge may, in the cases exclusively specified by the law, decree in the judgment (sentencia) the suspension of the grouping or its dissolution, when he deems it necessary for public security.
