Article 136 Federal Criminal Code

To the officials or agents of the Government and to the rebels who after the combat cause directly or by means of orders, the death of the prisoners, the penalty of fifteen to thirty years of prison and a fine of ten thousand to twenty thousand pesos shall be applied.
