When from the commission of the crimes referred to in this Title other crimes result, the rules of concurrence shall be followed.
In addition to the penalties indicated in this Title, the suspension of their political rights for a term of up to ten years shall be imposed on those responsible if they are Mexicans, which shall be computed from the completion of their sentence. In the crimes included in Chapters I and II of this Title, the suspension of such rights shall be imposed, for up to forty years.
