If the recapture of the fugitive is achieved by efforts of the person responsible for the escape, ten to one hundred eighty working days in favor of the community shall be applied to the latter, according to the gravity of the crime imputed to the prisoner or detainee, except what is provided by Article 150, second paragraph.
