Article 155 Federal Criminal Code

To the convict who escapes being under any of the sanctions depriving of liberty, or in detention or preventive prison, the time that he spends outside the place in which he must make it effective shall not be counted, nor shall the good conduct that he has had before the escape be taken into account.
