Six months to three years of prison or 180 to 360 days fine and forfeiture shall be applied:
I.- Repealed.
II.- To the person who offers for sale pistols or revolvers, lacking the necessary permit;
III.- Repealed.
IV.- To the person who, without a lawful purpose or without the corresponding permit, stockpiles weapons, and
V.- To the person who, without a license, carries any weapon of those indicated in Article 161.
In all the cases included in this article, in addition to the sanctions indicated, the weapons shall be forfeited.
The officials and agents of the authority may carry the arms necessary for the exercise of their position.
