To the person who, for the execution of the acts of which the preceding articles speak, makes use of explosives, imprisonment of fifteen to twenty years shall be applied.
To whoever uses remotely piloted aircraft in the execution of the acts described in the articles of this Chapter, the penalty shall be increased by up to one third.
