Four to eight years of imprisonment and a fine of four hundred to one thousand days fine shall be imposed on whoever, making use of means of broadcasting, telecommunications, computer means or any other means of data transmission, contacts a person under eighteen years of age, one who does not have the capacity to understand the meaning of the act or a person who does not have the capacity to resist it and requires from them images, audio or video of explicit sexual activities, acts of sexual connotation, or solicits from them a sexual encounter.
