Article 199 Octies Federal Criminal Code

Commits the crime of violation of sexual intimacy, the person who discloses, shares, distributes or publishes images, videos or audios of intimate sexual content of a person who is of legal age, without their consent, their approval or their authorization.

As well as whoever video-records, audio-records, photographs, prints or elaborates images, audios or videos with intimate sexual content of a person without their consent, without their approval, or without their authorization.

These conducts shall be sanctioned with a penalty of three to six years of imprisonment and a fine of five hundred to one thousand Measurement and Updating Units.
