Article 272 Federal Criminal Code

There shall be sanctioned with a penalty of from one to six years of imprisonment, the crime of incest when the ascendants have sexual relations with their descendants, as long as the latter are of legal age.

When the victim is a minor, the conduct shall always be understood as constituting the crime of rape.
