Article 285 Federal Criminal Code

From one month to two years of imprisonment and fine of from ten to one hundred pesos shall be imposed, on anyone who, without justified motive, without order of competent authority and outside the cases in which the law permits it, introduces himself, furtively or with deceit or violence, or without permission of the person authorized to give it, to an apartment, dwelling, room or dependencies of an inhabited house.
