Article 330 Federal Criminal Code

To whoever causes a woman to abort, there shall be applied from one to three years of imprisonment, whatever the means employed, provided that he does so with her consent. When consent is lacking, the imprisonment shall be from three to six years, and if physical or moral violence intervenes, there shall be imposed on the offender from six to eight years of imprisonment.
