Article 332 Federal Criminal Code

There shall be imposed from six months to one year of imprisonment on the mother who voluntarily procures her abortion or consents to another causing her to abort, if these three circumstances concur:

I.- That she does not have a bad reputation;

II.- That she has managed to conceal her pregnancy, and

III.- That it is the fruit of an illegitimate union.

If any of the mentioned circumstances is lacking, there shall be applied to her from one to five years of imprisonment.
